The Resource Office for Social Ministries

      The Frankfort Resource Office for Social Ministries (ROSM) is a non-profit agency established in 1982 as a partner to churches and agencies, assisting people in Franklin County, KY that need assistance. ROSM partners with local area churches, agencies, businesses, individuals, and city/county governments to assist Franklin County individuals and families with rent, utilities, medicine, and other essential needs.

       Through this cooperative effort, HOPE is provided for those who need a place to turn. Joint efforts of contributors result in assistance that allows individuals and families to overcome challenges and to move forward toward sustainability.
